We’re looking for a Golang Developer to join our team at Ingrid. We are looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, build great software, and grow together with a collaborative, small, and supportive team. You’ll work on backend systems that power Ingrid’s delivery experience platform that helps service-points and carriers make every delivery better.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services written in Go.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with product and customer-facing teams to translate needs into reliable technical solutions.
  
  

• Take ownership of features from design to deployment.
  
  

• Contribute to discussions about technical tradeoffs and architecture improvements.
  
  

• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals and experience writing production-grade code in Go.
  
  

• You have 2+ years of professional software development experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience that’s helped you build a strong technical foundation.
  

• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, version control, testing and cloud services like GCP/AWS).
  
  

• Willingness to occasionally contribute across the entire stack, working with codebases in TypeScript and React.
  
  

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• A team player who enjoys collaborating with their colleagues to solve complex problems and deliver value.
  
  

• A proactive, self-driven approach. You take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
