About you

You're an experienced software engineer ready to take on technical leadership. You thrive in ambiguity, lead by example, and have a track record of delivering complex, multi-month initiatives. You're passionate about growing other engineers through mentorship and modeling best practices. You're looking to intentionally grow your senior engineering skills while making significant impact on both technical execution and team effectiveness

Qualification

• 5–8+ years of software engineering experience

• Proven success leading major technical initiatives as a senior engineer/tech lead/architect

• Strong architectural reasoning and system design expertise

• Demonstrated ability to uplift technical excellence and high-performance engineering culture through example

Requirements

• Ability to operate with high autonomy on complex, 3-month+ initiatives

• Experience breaking down complex projects and effectively working with & through others

• Strong technical judgment for making architectural trade-offs and navigating ambiguity

• Ability to represent technical proposals clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

• Proven capability to proactively remove delivery blockers across teams

• Track record of partnering with engineering & product managers on team operations and planning
