    Don't apply blindly - apply for the roles you’re genuinely interested in and those that align with your experience. Help us get a better sense of who you are, what you’re passionate about and why we'd make a great match. 

  • At Ingrid we aim to make your recruitment experience both seamless and respectful of your time. Normally we will get back to you within two weeks, but please bear with us, with popular roles, it may take a bit longer.

  • At Ingrid, we believe that the key to building a great workplace is giving all Ingridients the opportunity to decide by themselves within the teams where they want to work. Some might be most efficient working from home or at the office and together with the team you decide what works best for you and your team. If you are curious about knowing more about a specific team and how they work within Ingrid, feel free to reach out to the manager.

    However, our offices will always be open for our employees and are never empty due to our warm and friendly culture where a great community is built.

  • We have a lot of different nationalities working at Ingrid and our corporate language is English. For most of our positions another language than English is not a requirement. Since English is our corporate language, we expect all candidates that apply for any job to be professional in English- verbal and in written context. 

  • We don't have any dress code at Ingrid. Wear whatever you want and feel comfortable in. However, we have many people visiting us at the office and for that reason we trust our employees to still dress proper-but without any dress code.
