People & Culture Specialist (Parental leave cover)

We’re now looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract starting December 2026.
This role in based in Stockholm and requires at least 2 days in the office.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, brings structure to everyday operations, and likes getting things done. You'll work across recruitment, employee experience, and HR administration, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly as we continue to grow and evolve.
About the role
As a People & Culture Specialist at Ingrid, you will be part of our small People & Culture team, supporting employees and managers across our international organisation.
You'll have a varied, hands-on role covering the employee journey from recruitment and onboarding to everyday HR support and offboarding. You'll work closely with our People & Culture Business Partner, taking responsibility for your areas of work while contributing to improvements in how we operate.
We're a small team, so you'll have plenty of variety, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a visible impact on the employee experience.
What you will do
Support recruitment from start to finish, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, scheduling, communication, and offer coordination.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for employees joining and leaving Ingrid.
Manage day-to-day People & Culture administration, including employment contracts, employee documentation, and changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR systems, ensuring our information, records, and processes are organised and up to date.
Be a first point of contact for employees and managers, answering everyday HR questions and helping them navigate our policies and processes.
Support our People & Culture activities, including performance review cycles, employee surveys, internal communications, and employee initiatives.
Improve how we work, identifying opportunities to simplify, document, and automate our processes.
We think you will thrive in this role if you have
2-3 years experience in a HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, People Operations, or similar role, with a solid understanding of day-to-day HR processes.
Hands-on experience with recruitment, and confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A service-minded and approachable attitude, with the confidence to support employees and managers professionally.
A proactive and practical mindset, taking initiative, solving problems, and knowing when to ask for support.
Comfort working with HR systems and digital tools, with an interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working.
Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Experience working in a SaaS company, scale-up, or international organisation is a plus, but not essential.

Employees and managers receive timely, helpful, and reliable P&C support.
Recruitment processes run smoothly, with a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration are handled accurately and consistently.
HR admin, employee records, and HR systems are accurate and kept up to date.
You help make our P&C processes simpler, more efficient, and easier for everyone to use.
