Sales Engineers are the technical force behind Ingrid’s biggest wins.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our most strategic deals, owning complex opportunities from deep technical discovery to solution design and final validation. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and senior stakeholders to turn complexity into clarity and momentum, helping enterprise customers see the full value of Ingrid’s platform.
This is a role for someone who enjoys high ownership, real impact, and shaping how things are done — not just following a playbook.
What you’ll do
Own the technical side of complex, high-stakes deals from discovery to close
Deliver compelling demos and design scalable, real-world solutions
Act as a trusted technical partner to Sales and customer stakeholders
Help reduce implementation risk through strong solution design and clear scope
Contribute to how we sell at scale by creating playbooks and best practices
Help build and improve our sales engineering foundations by creating processes, improving internal systems, and contributing to clear, practical documentation as we scale.

Comfortable working without a fully written rulebook and making smart decisions
Technically strong, but commercially minded and confident with senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for
Must have
Strong technical understanding (APIs, integrations, data flows)
Experience supporting complex or enterprise-level deals
Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer conversations
Curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics
Enjoys creating structure from ambiguity
Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing company
