About the role

As an Integration Specialist at Ingrid, you’ll ensure that our products are seamlessly connected with merchants, partners, and carriers. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new customers and supporting their technical integration journey.

In this role, you will:

• Become an expert in Ingrid’s APIs (developer.ingrid.com) and guide merchants and partners through integrations.

• Help manage data flows between e-commerce platforms, WMS, ERP systems, and carriers to streamline order processing and fulfillment.

• Act as a technical expert during merchant onboarding, solving challenges and enabling a smooth go-live.

• Work closely with Sales to understand merchant needs and shape solutions that deliver real value.

• Contribute to Ingrid’s global expansion by staying on top of carrier integrations and end-to-end logistics flows.

• Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to projects and collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical understanding of APIs and how to implement them in an e-commerce context.

• Ability to support Sales and translate merchant needs into technical solutions.

• Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay structured in a fast-paced environment.

• Curious and proficient in using AI tools to improve workflows, solve problems, and explore new ways of working

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or headless e-commerce systems.

• Knowledge of carrier integrations and global shipping logistics.

• Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
