Now we’re growing our Integration Team — and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working close to the product, solving real integration challenges, and making systems talk to each other.

The role

As an Integration Specialist, you’ll be at the technical core of Ingrid. You’ll help merchants and partners integrate our platform smoothly, guide them from onboarding to go-live, and make sure data flows reliably across e-commerce platforms, carriers, and backend systems.

You’ll work hands-on with APIs, collaborate closely with Sales and Product, and help shape how integrations are done as we scale globally.

What you’ll do

• Own and support integrations using Ingrid’s APIs

• Guide merchants through onboarding and technical implementation

• Work with data flows between e-commerce platforms, WMS, ERP systems, and carriers

• Act as a technical expert in customer and internal discussions

• Solve integration challenges and improve processes along the way

What we’re looking for

• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations

• Comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions

• Structured, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

• Clear communicator and collaborative team player

• Curious mindset — including using AI tools to work smarter

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics

• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or headless commerce setups

• Exposure to carrier integrations or shipping flows
