Now we’re growing our Customer Love team and looking for a First Line Support Specialist who wants to make a real impact on the customer experience.
In this role you will :
Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via chat, email and phone.
Troubleshoot reported issues and solve cases, escalating to second line or product teams when needed.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Implementation, Product and Operations.
Ensure smooth daily operations by monitoring performance and suggesting improvements.
Jump on calls with customers to guide them until their issue is fully resolved.
Continuously learn about our platform and share knowledge within the team.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working directly with customers (support, service, or sales)
Fluent in English (Swedish or Polish a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded, proactive approach
Curious and collaborative — you enjoy teamwork and a “show me how” mindset
Ability to investigate complex issues, connect how systems interact, and explain technical concepts clearly
Drive to continuously learn and improve
Bonus: experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS support
Bonus: technical exposure (e.g. REST APIs or coding)
Bonus: experience writing or maintaining support documentation
