We are now looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey!

As a Junior Business Controller at Ingrid, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with the Head of Business Control to analyze financial performance, provide insights, and enhance financial processes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and strategic skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial SaaS environment.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Assisting in monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting variance analysis
• Collaborating with different departments to optimize financial performance
• Supporting the development of financial models and business cases

Experience & competencies

• You have 3+ years of full-time professional experience as a Business controller, finance analyst or similar finance roles. Ideally with experience from a technology-driven growth company (specifically in a SaaS business).
• Relevant education within Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, financial modeling).
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluency in English and good proficiency in Swedish; additional languages are a plus.
