E-commerce is growing rapidly all over the world, and Ingrid is key to success. As a Product Manager at Ingrid, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and impact across our platform. Reporting to the VP of Product and working within a talented team of Product Managers, you will shape Ingrid’s product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is pivotal in understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating across design, tech, and business functions to deliver value to our users. 

What you'll do

• Define and execute product strategies that align with Ingrid’s mission and goals, creating impact across our global platform

• Lead product discovery efforts to uncover opportunities and validate ideas, working closely with design, engineering, and other stakeholders

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept through to launch and ongoing optimization

• Act as a champion for product excellence, setting high standards for user experience, technical feasibility, and business value

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams

• Balance strategic innovation with incremental improvements, making thoughtful trade-offs to achieve the best outcomes for our users

• Represent Ingrid’s product team to internal and external stakeholders, communicating the vision, purpose, and impact of each initiative
  

Who you are 

• You have a proven track record as a Product Manager, ideally within e-commerce, logistics, or a related digital field

• You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have a passion for user-centric design and innovation

• You’re skilled in both the art and science of product management—combining data-driven insights with intuition to make informed decisions

• You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, equally comfortable shaping big-picture goals and rolling up your sleeves to execute on the details

• You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a range of stakeholders
