As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Account Executive to help accelerate growth and bring Ingrid to more ambitious retailers.
The role
As a AE at Ingrid, you’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise retailers from prospecting and discovery to closing and handover.
You’ll sell consultatively, using data, insights, and strong discovery to connect Ingrid’s technology to real business outcomes. This is a role with high ownership, clear targets, and real impact on our growth.
What you’ll do
Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, business case, and close
Build and manage a portfolio of target accounts
Engage decision-makers using personalized, multi-channel outreach
Run structured sales processes using MEDDPICC and value-based selling
Build clear ROI cases and go-live plans for customers
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
Partner closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success
Represent Ingrid at relevant e-commerce and logistics events
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
Plus if you had relevant industry experience either from logistics or retailer space.
Proven success selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts
Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clear ROI
Comfortable with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Gong, AI prospecting tools)
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging VP/C-level stakeholders
Fluent in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are a plus)
