We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager!

E-commerce deliveries are booming and Ingrid is uniquely placed in the middle of it all. As our product marketing manager, you’ll also be in the middle of it all, helping tie together departments and insights to deliver great results.
We’re looking for a product marketing manager to take a leading role in defining our product messaging and positioning. You’ll get a chance to flex your creative and your qualitative muscles. Working across nearly every department, you’ll focus on launching and marketing our products to stakeholders internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Act as an effective bridge between marketing and product, working with all customer-facing departments and enabling internal product communication
- Contribute in the early stages of development with user research and testing, customer feedback, and market fit analysis
- Refine the value prop, narrative, and positioning for existing products with a focus on differentiation and vertical-specific messaging
- Know the industry inside-and-out, follow market trends, and provide thought leadership and resources to the organization
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and own stakeholder personas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GTM strategy for new products & features, leading the definition and creation of assets for internal and external communication
- Lead pricing and packaging for the product portfolio in collaboration with the product and commercial teams
- Competitive analysis and intelligence including battle cards, gathering feedback and product insights across departments, and completing market, competitor, and segmentation research
About you
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, ProductManager or similar role for a B2B product (SaaS is a plus)
- Good understanding of the e-commerce industry and its ecosystem
- Near-native English with a knack for translating technical products into easily understood customer benefits
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills, with experience in market analysis and web analytics tools
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
- Background in design and copywriting is a plus
- Previous experience in a startup or scale up environment preferred
