Our key objective is to increase merchant credibility and consumer convenience. We have successfully done so since 2015. By integrating Ingrid’s SaaS-platform, e-commerce merchants are able to improve online shopping experiences for all consumers and any purchase.

In the role of Support Specialist you will:
- Act as the contact for new and existing customers
- Work closely with Ingrid’s product team to communicate product-related customer requests
- Complete troubleshooting of the reported issues and escalate where necessary
- Continually learn best practices and apply your knowledge to help Ingrid's clients
- Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary
- Jumping on calls with customers to help them and manage the case till it’s fully resolved
About you
- Use strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs
- You have experience working directly with external customers via email, chat, phone, or video
- You can easily explain technical concepts to your colleagues with varying levels of technical expertise
- You have experience in writing and maintaining support documentation
- You have proactive nature and passion for service and bring a mindset of curiosity and empathy to conversation
- You have a strong desire to pick up new skills and knowledge. We are a small and growing team, and we help each other. We value “Show me how” over “That's not my job
- You work well and communicate seamlessly with remote team members
- You are fluent in English
