As a Head of Sales you will:
- Lead the Sales Team (currently existing of five Account Executives based in Stockholm) towards globally repeatable growth through customer acquisition.
- Develop strategy and execution that makes Ingrid an integrated part of the industry ecosystem.
- Participate in identifying emerging markets and dynamics and how these can impact Ingrid.
- Participate in the general development of the company to further shape Ingrid’s company goals, strategy, and culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the potential of sales across all customer touchpoints.
- Participate in shaping Ingrid’s company goals and own sales’ contribution to reaching them.
- Recruit, train, and retain a top-performing sales team.
- Develop objectives, coaching programs, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
- Own the selection and implementation of tools needed for the team to work effectively.
- Participate in the planning of product development and its go-to-market strategy.
- Apply a data-driven approach to measuring and following up on sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create a unified approach to the sales funnel.
- Nurture a sales-driven culture throughout all of Ingrid.
About you:
- Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team or sales organization within SaaS
- Good understanding of the e-commerce industry and its ecosystem
- Good understanding of the customer needs, SMB or Enterprise
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to achieve ambitious sales goals
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English
