Ingrid provides consumers with a much better shopping experience through an intelligent choice of delivery options and flexible last-mile deliveries - on their terms. Our key objective is to increase merchant credibility and consumer convenience. We have successfully done so since 2015. By integrating Ingrid’s SaaS-platform, e-commerce merchants are able to improve online shopping experiences for all consumers and any purchase.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will be key to taking Ingrid to the next level in our journey as we aim to solve the last remaining challenge in e-commerce: a fantastic delivery experience. We've already managed to grow strongly, handling over 15% of Sweden's packages with large national clients like Åhlens, NA-KD, Adlibris and Apotek Hjärtat. We have high ambitions for growing faster however, and we now need experienced and amazing Account Executives to attract and close more customers to our solution. You will be responsible for targeting and closing the majority of e-commerce players in Sweden, and also help bring Ingrid to the international e-commerce customers.

A Normal day

Your days will be filled with mostly client-related activities so the role will be very execution oriented. You will be spending a majority of your days researching, targeting, demoing, negotiating, and ultimately closing new customers. Alongside this you will help the VP of Sales with various tasks and initiatives. Furthermore you days will include but not limited to:

  • Move the customer effectively through the sales cycle to close the deal and generate new sales.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to reach the quota goal.
  • Initiating contact & create relationships with potential customers either through demos booked by SDRs, or by own reach-outs
  • Effectively demonstrate and communicate product’s USPs, positioning, and competitive advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the sector and clients’ needs.
  • Handle contract negotiations and mitigate push-backs during the sales cycle.
  • Data-driven approach to identify improvements across the sales cycle.
  • Collaborating with marketing and SDRs to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
  • Detailed usage of Hubspot CRM to ensure data and contact information is correct.

Who are you

We see that you have previous experience and demonstrated success in managing an entire sales process for large and enterprise customers.

  • Demonstrate grit and innovative approach to driving clients through the sales cycle.
  • Ability to understand different customer needs, profiles, and business problems to handle sales cycle and negotiation
  • Experience from working with CRM systems
  • Comfortable with data-driven approach to performance
  • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
  • KPI driven
  • English (must), Swedish (nice to have)

A plus is if you

  • Have worked with HubSpot
  • Experience from the e-commerce or logistic industry

As a person you have strong communication skills, interpersonal, teamworking, and customer service skills. Therefore you can smoothly collaborate and negotiate with different kinds of people and personalities at different levels of an organisation from executive level to technical departments. You are naturally driven and motivated by reaching results.
