About the role

Ingrid is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team! As a Junior Accountant, you will play an important role in our Finance and Operations department, supporting our financial reporting and analysis efforts. You will work with our Swedish- as well as our Polish entity to help maintain accurate financial records and provide valuable insights. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in accounting and gain hands-on experience with a dynamic and growing company. For the right candidate, the role could develop into becoming even more analytical over time.

You will:

• Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Swedish accounting standards (K3)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in Swedish in addition to English

Meritorious

• Experience working in a similar role 
• Experience working in Fortnox or other accounting softwares
