As a Product Manager at Ingrid you will have an impact on all stages of the product development, from strategy to execution, for one of Ingrid’s core areas.

We're looking for a person who wants to be part of an empowered cross-functional product team. Your main focus will be driving both product discovery and delivery together with design and tech peers.

We have exciting times ahead of us! Times where we need to optimize our current product, but also rethink and evolve it to match more user needs.

WHO YOU ARE

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our current Product Team. As a PM you will spend a lot of time in the discovery phase of the product development together with a designer and a couple of engineers. 

Together, as a team, you will do customer interviews, brainstorm ideas and create lots of prototypes to validate the idea and minimize the risk before we build the real product. We are currently transitioning to new ways of working and collaborating, but we are not fully there yet.

It's a big plus if you have previous experience of this kind of product development, but we totally understand that not many people do. The requirement is not a must. As long as you are willing to learn and not afraid of experimenting, get it touch with us!

We believe a good PM has great empathy for the users and customers, a genuine passion for technology, and for solving complex challenges. You have the ability to motivate people around you and do whatever it takes to empower the team. 

However, a great PM is also a mentor and coach that has the ability to inspire people around. 

As a PM you work closely with the Head of Product that helps you set goals, guides and coaches you, and provides support to reach the best possible business outcomes.

Over time and with the experience we believe and expect PMs to mature into a more self-fulfilling role.

We are not perfect at what we do, but we are really good! And every day we strive to get better by learning and experimenting and by keeping an open mind. "Fixed mindset" is a forbidden term at Ingrid.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take part in setting vision, strategy and objectives for your team together with the product leadership team and other product teams
• Apply modern product discovery techniques to find opportunities that will drive the desired business objectives
• Be part of a product trio, with a product designer and tech lead, that leads an empowered team through both discovery and delivery
•  Help you team move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and remove any roadblocks
•  Make sure the team has a healthy balance of long term innovation and short term optimizations and maintenance
• Ensure that developers understand the “why” and the user or business value behind all we do
• Represent both the product organization and the team in the company and to its customers

Our clients include some of the largest e-retailers in the Nordics like Apoteket, Adlibris, Footway, iDEAL of Sweden, and NA-KD and most of them sell globally. Currently, 15% of the Swedish e-commerce traffic flows through our systems. All Ingrid products are developed to be used anywhere in the world, it is translated into 35 languages and can support any delivery option globally.
